Did you think you were renting or just on a loooooong test drive ????/?

Sorry if this sounds sarcastic...its just that this question comes up sooooooo often.

Read 'Fire4511's answer & get out your calculator & checkbook, that is IF you financed through Chrysler Credit.

If the vehicle is defective & you were the 1st & only owner...you may start the long process of the "Lemon Law' procedure.

There is no right to return a car after you have taken delivery. Chrysler had a program that would allow you to return the vehicle, under specific terms and conditions. The vehicle had to have been financed by Chrysler financial, and there was a "restocking" fee of 5% of the MSRP. You also would lose all your tax and tag fees paid to the state.

Check with the dealer to see if your vehicle qualifies under that program, if not, you own the truck!!

the longest i've heard of is 72 hours to bail on a car deal. it may vary from state to state.
ooops...actually chrysler does have a program. here it is:
must use a dealer participating in the employee pricing plus program.
must be a retail purchase
must be financed thru chrysler financial
purchase can't involve a trade in
must not have any non-mopar parts/ accessories installed
models eligible:
vehicles included in the employee pricing plus program, except srt models
customer responsibilities:
return acknowledgment form signed at delivery
payment of tax, title and doc fees
returned in good, undamaged and like-new condition
payment of 5% of msrp as a restock fee plus $.50 per mile driven
so good luck my friend.

I have always been told that you have 10 days to cancel the contract. My sons girlfriend bought a car and returned it almost a month later. It may depend on the particular dealership.

Did you read the sales contract carefully ? There is a section

that deals with returns.

You didn't indicate your reason for wanting to return it

in your question.
