First of all, the question doesnt make since at all
there are 3 rosters in WWE. which of those is worst?
If you mean wrestlers- the worst are Flair (too old, retire) and Chris Masters, Cena.

in response to that. Hes out of his prime now, but there were times in his career that Jeff Jarret showed talent or charisma.
However, Cena has never shown either.
I dont like Jeff Jarret at all, but i dont think its fair to compare him to Cena. Thats too drastic of an insult.
