look in the Yellow Pages & make some area calls.
Most rental companies require a credit card & full coverage insurance.

Try "rent a wreck" I did that once years ago & it wasn't really a "wreck" just not a late model perfect condition car, but I still had to use a credit card & pay for insurance.

No where. You have to secure the rental first. You can use a credit card though.
