Can anybody tell me what is the difference between Indian Men and American Men.

Indians are American. Immigrants are American. Everyone from the Canadian border to the Mexican border to the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Coast are all American. But, America was founded orginally by the Indians. Not Americus, nor Chris.

Indian is a different culture...example of cultures are filipino, german, korean, etc....
but American means you live in America- born, raised, or a citizen....
