it keeps on comin up with stufflike hand surgeon and bla bla surgeon wih specific wards nd evrythin and i dont wanna do an advert about some stupid had doctor.

How about a "Plastic Surgeon"?
Aughta be plenty to write about those.
They advertise aplenty.
Most surgeons do not really advertise.

you need to be specific in your search as to what type of surgeon or surgery.
