what does that mean? if you want to ask a question ask it, little quotation marks are just confusing
i think Rising (with out the inverted commas) artists are The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Cartel, Hinder, Paulo Nutini ( i dont think i spelled his name right tho) - i appologize if these are artists arent really new - but they are some of my faves that i have recently discovered
but who am i to say - there are lots of bands that are really good but are just not excepted into the mainstream - look at Nickleback they had to wait till their 4th album to get famous
