Were there any.............?

issues concerning the Declaration of Independence? Some minor technicalities? In looking at another perspective, was there anything bad about the Declaration? misinterpretation?

maybe minor discrepancies, but It's up there at number two just below the Bible,why do you think it has stood for, over 230yrs

It served its purpose, which was to declare why we broke away from English rule. It was never intended as a long-term governing document to set forth rules of conduct or law.
