If you rarely smoke marijuana, it only takes 48 - 72 hours to be undetectable in a urine test. If you smoke all the time... I've heard of golden seal root and lots of other stuff. You'll find that people always say things 'drink lots of water!' That's because the water is the only thing that matters. When you submit to a test, you want to have so much water in your system that you pretty much urinate clear water that dilutes the pot to undetectable levels in less sophisticated tests. Good luck.

The reason that pot is detectable up to 30 days after inhalation, is because it is stored, and cannot be flushed. It is stored in the fat cells, and other cells in your body..
there is no great way to get it flushed out before the 30 days.

Yes it is stored in the fat cells so red meat is your best friend. Go buy a good marbled cut of steak or some ground beef (not the super lean kind) and dine away.
Fish caps may help too and niacin may help.

niacin pills-if you drink LOTS of water with it!! Niacin burns everything in your system, so don't eat before taking it, or you will feel intense pain, and drink lots of water, or you will feel extremely hot and itchy...it will do the trick though, if you take them for a few days.
