I do. In fact, a few aliens mowed my lawn the other day, and before that, they helped my neighbor build a fence and put on roof.

I believe it is extremely likely that life forms exist somewhere else in the universe, how much life is out there is hard to answer as we would need to get access to information that is extremely hard to get. Think about the odds for a moment, we revolve around a star with eight planets and three dwarf planets, three of those planets are within the 'habitable zone', our star is one of maybe 400 billion give or take 200 billion, and our galaxy is one of about 150 billion in the OBSERVABLE universe, the universe may go on forever, not to mention the fact that some theories of general relativity allow for the possibility of an infinite number of universes.

All life needs is an energy source (the sun) some solid ground (the earth) a medium to form in (water, nitrogen etc) some building blocks (carbon or silicone) and a spark (volcano's and lightning). Seeing as all of these things seem fairly abundant in the universe it would be ridiculous to rule out the possibility of life forming and evolving somewhere else in the universe.

As for an intelligent race of space faring beings I can say for near certainty that such a race does not exist in our near vicinity. They may exist in some far off part of the universe or even on the other side of our galaxy, but a lack of radiological contact and a complete lack of physical evidence seem to rule out any possibility of nearby activity or visits from these creatures.

As for an intelligent race of beings that are not advanced enough to utilise space travel I belive such a race is a near certanty within our own galaxy and fairly likely within 10,000 light years of our own home.

So in a nutshell my answer to the question is yes for the reasons above, then again i could be wrong.

You should, we have been here for some time. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species and your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

I think that the angels in the Bible are really aliens from other planets. Very likely, they brought life to earth, and have done much genetic engineering experimentation here. In fact all life on earth, including us, may be some sort of grand biological experiment of aliens.

There is an incredible amount of stars and planets and other stuff in space. Given the massive number of planets in space, it is inevitable that there will be a fraction that can support life. There are so many planets that can support life, it is inevitable that some will have life. I don't think they are flying around earth though. Extraordinary events leave extraordinary evidence. Some people in a trailer park who have a blurry photo is not very good evidence.

As Carl Sagan once said, extra-ordinary claims require extra ordinary evidence. While the probablity is high regarding ET existence (per Drakes equation), the facts to prove it are not available. Where's the dead (or living) life forms, the remnants of a ship, any radio signal from space (or other unnatural impulse or radio wave), verifiable video evidence....nadda, nadda and nadda. Perhaps we're too insignificant to bother with, considering the immensity of space. Perhaps its only a matter of time when first contact will be made. But as of today, we can only guess and ponder.
