Try a rusty butter knife and let me know how it goes. But seriously, the only way I know of is surgery. This is cosmetic, though, so most insurance companies won't pay for it.

I've had them removed by a dermatologist, he cut them off of my body. I haven't had any removed from my face.

i had one removed once on my neck...they numb it and use a laser to cut it off...it burns the skin and smells really bad but works like a charm...doesn't hurt either or leave a scar...

Wel iv heard,u can apply cucumber juice on it n continue til it falls off itself.
