Here's my tip, if you're using dramatic eye make up go with neutral lips or vice versa. Otherwise there's always a small danger of ending up looking like Aunt Sally in Worzel Gummidge!

Anyway, I'm sure you'll look fabulous, turquoise is my fav colour and flatters brunettes.

well, i am a blond, with fair skin too.. I apply quite a dark brown lipstick, it really does blend in with fair skin! Don't over do it by putting a lip gloss on top, that's a bit too much...here are some tips and tricks:
*Grab your foundation sponge and apply a touch of foundation, then apply to lips (carefully and slowly.)
*then apply a browny lipliner and a browny lipstick that matches it.
If you want, NOW you can apply gloss because the foundation has made the lipstick stay on for longer so the lip gloss wont look so sticky and over-the-top-bright. I really hope this helps :>

if you are going for accentuated/smoky eyes, it might look better to leave your lips very subtle, so instead of lip gloss maybe try some lipsalve to give an almost unnoticable shine. if you feel uncomfortable without lipstick, then a colour close to your own but with a hint of brown could look very mature, or if you want a more fun, flirty look a pinkish tone should match. have fun.

Hi
Green is my favourite colour! I never buy actual lipsticks it is always lip glosses I buy - go for one in light pink (collection 2000 make as they are quite cheap). Believe me this will be better as I love wearing green and matching eyeshadow and always feel the lipsticks matches.

just use the lip gloss, if you need colour try the brown shimmery shades. No pink for a brunette

a nuetral warm lip liner and clear gloss never fails to go with green. want more umph? dab a shimmery pink brown gloss in the middle of the lower lip to give you a dewy pouty lip.

Sheer pink with a clear gloss over it.
keep the focus on the eyes and dress, not the mouth, too.

I'm with everyone else in saying that you may want to just use a clear lip gloss.

Use a red lip gloss

the trick with make-up is only highlight one feature on your face as highlighting them all just makes you look like a porn-star!!
Go for a natural colour as you are making a feature of your eyes and keep the blush natural as well.
