What exactly is it? My husband and I last had sex about 2 days ago. Well today when I went to the RR when I wiped there was a little blood. It was very light pink and when that happened I got mild cramps. Could that be implantation bleeding and mean that I might have concieved? It can't be my period because I just finished my period about a week and a half ago and I can't take a pregnancy test because it's just too soon to show up. Does anyone know what this could be?

It sounds way to early to be implantation bleeding. I do know that some women spot during ovulation. that would make more sense with the timing you indicate. Implanation bleeding occurs about 5-10 days after the egg gets fertilized as it embeds itself in the lining of your uterus and when it does that can cause some very light spotting.

Implantation bleeding is rare and when it does happen it happens 6-14 days after ovulation so you're only 2 days past unprotected sex so it's way too soon. Wait til your next period is late to test. It could be a small tear or cut or it could be coming from an irritated cervix.

Irregular bleeding occurs for many reasons. Irregular bleeding can occur with intercourse. It can also occur with implantation. I recommend a visit to your gyn., unless it's been less than 6 months since the last one.

You might never find the cause. I haven't.

i had the same thing. I called the dr and he said that sometimes women get ovulation bleeding, especially since you cramped. All you can do now is dont stress (i know its hard) and wait till you can take a pregnancy test.
