Bipolar disorder, also known as manic-depressive illness, is a brain disorder that causes unusual shifts in a person's mood, energy, and ability to function. Different from the normal ups and downs that everyone goes through, the symptoms of bipolar disorder are severe. They can result in damaged relationships, poor job or school performance, and even suicide. But there is good news: bipolar disorder can be treated, and people with this illness can lead full and productive lives.
About 5.7 million American adults or about 2.6 percent of the population age 18 and older in any given year,1 have bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder typically develops in late adolescence or early adulthood. However, some people have their first symptoms during childhood, and some develop them late in life. It is often not recognized as an illness, and people may suffer for years before it is properly diagnosed and treated. Like diabetes or heart disease, bipolar disorder is a long-term illness that must be carefully managed throughout a person's life.

I'm like that too. It's annoying isn't it? sometimes you can go to bed feeling fine and then the moment you wake up the next day you just know you are in a bad mood and are going to feel like snapping at people during the day.
I don't know about you but I put it partly down to the frequency and timing of my masturbation. If I go more than a day without a **** I get moody. I also find that if I **** in the morning before work that usually sets me up for a better day and makes me feel friendly. I think it's down to the release of the friendliness chemical oxytocin that occurs after orgasm.

I have felt the same way. you snap because someone/thing p***** you off. our senses are wonderful they allow us to feel so many things. one thing is reaction to different stimulus. sometimes we need some chemical assistance from a Doctor.blood test will let you know. It is normal ro react. But too much so needs a RX. Be your own best friend and tell your Doc. follow his/her advise. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. ARE YOU SLEEPING? CALL NOW.

i am just the same i went to see a phyciatrist and he said i had split personality borderline something but it would be a good idea to see a counsellor there are good ones out there trust me,or see your doctor its nothing to be ashamed of if your snapping alot and your mood fluctuates and changes that rapidly it most probably is a form of depression or maybe something is bothering you that you are not confronting

It's mood swings
Only you know how serious and severe they are.
You could have normal bad mood/good mood.
On the other end of the spectrum, you could have bi polar syndrome and require medical intervention.
Talk to you doctor - ask for a referral if deemed advisable. You may need medication to combat something that is beyond your control.

Ono of these:
A) You feel guilty for something you may know or you don't.
B) You're going nowhere these days.
C) There's something you have to do, but you hate to, and, of course, you haven't done yet.
D) You haven't got what you're looking for.
Hope this would be useful "finding yourself"

It's all about depression. You need to see a doctor before you hurt yourself or someone else.
