Is it ture that if you leave the songs in your shared folder then something with the fbi happens? IDK I just heard it soemwhere and wanted to get the facts also is there any things about limewire like that or other bad stuff ??? its it legal?

in order for the FBI to even sniff in your direction, you have to dowload at least 30000 illegal files.

No that is not true. I been usin limewire fo bout 2 years now and aint nothing happen. First of all it is legal, u arent stealing songs and downloading them on the computer u r just sharing files lol..it is legal tho fo real.

downloading any sort of free music that doesnt have a lisence is illegal so yeah the FEDs can trace it. all u have to do is stop sharing the files and TADA no more worries. but with limewire watch out for viruses

the thing with lime wire is you are not directly downloading it is person to person sharing and they cant do anything about it. so it is legal! no they dont like people doing it but they havent passed a law yet i dont think otherwise all the companies that ran those sorts of programmes would be shut down and would be hard to find one

oh well, if there is that problem then alot of people would get in trouble cuz almost everyone uses limewire........try changing to MP3 Rocket, it works just as good as limewire

well of course downloadin music is illegal.
but make sure u heard that from somewhere reliable.
if u download too much u could get arrested or fined.

If you paid for the songs then yes, it is legal, if you did not pay for them, then be careful.
