Condoleeza poses a threat to you because she doesn't hate whites & calls on others do the same. You know that if people like you overcome their anger, then they'll no longer be able to use the race card. and there is nothing more sacred to apologists like you than using the Race card.
Rather than emphasizing keys to success, people like you give "people of color a ready excuse for failure – racism – even as this racism seems not to affect their own success.
You have a mild understanding of the power of playing the race card. You know that many whites are afraid of being accused of racism, and will offer great concessions to avoid that suspicion, and anyone who doesnt play the same game as you gets put down, regardless of their color.

The betrayal is your opinion only. because you don't agree with her politics doesn't negate she's a person of color, a woman, and is wielding considerable power. Jealousy is so unbecoming.
I am amused at your term a person of color. What color? She's not really black. A medium dark brown, but definitly not black.

What some of the others say about her, well-educated, intelligent, refined. And that means she is qualified for her job? Not necessarily. You can be all those things and still not have the courage to stand up for what is right, or the experience and foresight to know whose direction to take at critical times- like when she was informed about the dangers of terrorists before 9/11 and chose to do nothing. She is as unqualified as everyone else on Bush's cabinet. I definitely see her as a sell-out, and desparately out of touch with other people of color. It is what it is.

Yeah but the Bush administration goes out of it's way to employ uncle Tom's to make them look good.
It's a public relations thing because REpubs got such a bad reputation over years and years of the public saying it was a white man's party, for the man, by the man.
NOw, it's a mix race party, but still for the man!!!! THe faces have changed but it's still the same!

i have a friend from apartheid south africa(yes she is black) .
you know what she does when her black american students tell her they are "oppressed" - from the safety of their paid-for-by taxpayers classroom? she takes them out to a field and makes them pick cotton. you haven't been oppressed. you don't go to a segregated school, you can drink from the same fountain, ride the same bus(thanks to a gutsy little lady named rosa parks), eat in the same restaurants, go to the same hospital, and even have race-exclusive scholarships and magazines, all because you live in an "oppressive" country. quit whining.
and no, i'm not a bush fan.

Why would you want to be anyone besides yourself? Grow up. By the way, I am not tied to any political party, but I know of no democrat that I would choose over any Republican. I will probably vote for Kinky Friedman this Nov. for Gov. of Texas. He is Independant.

I only repect Condoleeza because she is the saviest person in the Bush Administration... she speaks a dozen languages and taught GW everything that he is capable of retaining....
