As for other advice- you're young, so I'll give you the best I have.

It is not when , it should be where and how ?
Go within yourself first before you search outside.How do you define real love?Real love starts after your marriage but there are exceptions like yash raj and karan johar movies.Real Love is that butterfly when you run after it, it runs away from you.You silently sit down and BE WITH YOU,you do not even know when it will enter you.

there is no answer for that. real love can hit u at 14 or 40, love doesn't know time, only the heart.

hey love is a complex thing but when you see some one youll now wether there your true love or not just be sure not to rush your love though or youll regret it but keep looking.

you will not never get real love from anybody. except guru and god. all human beings do fulfil their desires from the love. but god gives you alotback. takecare and dont search for it .
