It has been a while since I have done this but you need to find the Outlook.PST I don't remember the path and share this file and the index file. Once you do that you can go to any other pc delete of move the .PST from the local machine and then open Outlook. It will ask you if you want to create a personal folder just say yes and then you can browse to the shared .PST and it will open. Only one at a time though.

I'd like to know how you got that working in the first place! Unless you're connecting to an Exchange Server, that's not possible to do. When using POP3, the messages are are stored on the local machine. You could enable the option to leave the messages on the POP3 server but that would only apply to the received messages, never the sent ones.

In outlook, try going to File>Open>Other Users Folder....That should get you going in the right direction.

Good luck.
