I work in a law and accounting firm and with this type of business, we deal with a lot of documents and letters for the clients and when we capitalize the words, it is usually because we want to make sure the person does not miss the importance of the words we chose to capitalize. It is usually because a person want what is being said to really stand out, not necessarily because they are yelling.

YES.... I ALWAYS THOUGHT THATS WHAT IT MENT WHEN U TYPED IN ALL CAPS WAS U WERE YELLING AT SOMEONE... I KNOW WHEN I USED TO CHAT IN MSN IF U TYPED IN CAPS TO SOMEONE IN THE ROOM U WAS YELLING AT THEM.. THATS WHAT I WAS ALWAYS TOLD
