If you need them tomorrow that doesn't give much time!

Wear them around the house for 30 minutes and then look at your feet to see if there are any red marks or pinch points. Try to find these points on the shoe leather and soak them with shoe stretching spray or even alcohol (vodka) will work. Then soak the whole shoe inside and outside with alcohol applying with cotton wool.

If you can get a blunt round object like the end of a broom handle inside the shoe on a pinch point then put it in and with the broom on the floor and the handle pointing up pull down on the shoe with both hands, working the handle end in small circles with pressure inside on the pinch point area. Your hands flat on the outside the shoe massage the shoe round and round forcing down onto the handle.

Then apply more stretching fluid and walk around for 30 minutes. have a look at your feet and see if they are still rubbing by the red marks. Repeat walk/inspect/alcohol/broom handle/walk etc until you run out of time or the shoes are feeling better.if the shoes are tight all round, try alcohol and then wearing socks with them.

Only do any of this with leather shoes. You are wasting your time with PU plastic ones.

It depends on how they are hurting you. If they are higher than you're used to or are too stiff, then all you can do is wear them as much as you can before hand and break them in. Depending on what they are made of you can bend and flex them with your hands to lessen the stiffness. If you feel a pain in your arch on your feet, kind of like it's being pulled or stretched too far, you need some extra support. I recommend going to a shoe shop, not like payless or bakers or some other retailer, but a shoe repair shop with a shoemaker. They are few and far between nowadays, but they will be able to add some support to your heels with out anyone being able to tell the difference.

Sounds a though you are doing the right thing by wearing them beforehand. Soak your feet in cold water before wearing them tomorrow and add a little baby powder to the inside of your heals that may help. Have fun!

My opinion is to just wear them eventually they will be a little more comfortable but high heels are really hard to break in.

assuming they are real leather you could trying wearing them whilst placing your feet in could water soak them for 5 mins and then walk in them for about 10 mins and allow them to dry naturally. This method works for combat boots so I don't see why it won't work on high heals, failing that just wear them for short periods of time!

if i were you I would dicth the heels and settle for some cool sneakers.Heels will screw up and make your feet retarded when you get old.But I guess wearing them around everywhere will help to make the more comfortable wear a insole thingy
