i want to go to the hospital or surgery center and first sigh in then go to pre-op and get a iv in my arm or hand probally hand and get heart and pulse monitors on me and then breathing tubes and throught tubes(tubes down my throught) and all that a temp. monitor and iv drips! then go to surgery and be put to sleep my general anesthesia-put to sleep completly through the iv and face mask and be covered up and wake up in sad recovery-meaning i like pre op the best and iv drip iv!

This is an interesting wish.
In in you express a need to have some sort of intervention in your life and to be cared for by others. You want to be monitored and to have the careful concern of others who attend you and protect you as they work on whatever the surgery is repairing.
In your wish you do not mention physical pain at all --perhaps this is not a part of your fantasy (like my remote cabin with a fireplace and three dogs in the snowy mountain never involves chopping fire wood, a lack of indoor plumbing or going without an internet connection!!).
I wonder if at some time you had these procedures done to you and it was a comforting time in which you could rest, be passive, have others worry about you and be protected from the realities of the world? Or did someone in your family have all this done to them and you had to be the one who had to be responsible --and you wish you could have a break? Only you can know the meaning that lies behind your fantasy.
You mention being sad about the recovery room --as though the reality is dawning on you that once the surgery is over, you will have to face getting well and resuming your life.
It's not bad at all to have this sort of fantasy --we all do this. What is important is to look at what it is telling you --what do you need more of in your life? and see whether you can make this happen in a way that does not involve unnecessary medical procedures.

I have read this gibberish 3 times and still do not understand whether you want to just blindly go in the hospital and sign in for pre op or you are scheduled for surgery and are not sure what will happen.... you know what... sleep off the booze then come back and ask the question.

are you requesting someone do this to you? do you even need surgery? if not, your strange. trust me, the feeling of being put out by anesthesia is awesome, i know. but the rest of it, the tubes and iv and all is a little much, especially if its unnecessary.
