if so who should i pick up? the people that r available are:
mike cameron, brian giles, austin kherns, j.d drew, randy winn, kenny loftne and predro feliz.

Keeper - You have to keep Manny.
Otherwise, I would drop him.
I try to pick up someone who I know will be playing...teams that are likely to be in pennant race down to the wire are your best bets. Remember, the player has to be in the lineup to help you.

If you're in a keeper league hang on to Manny. Make sure he is out for the season before letting him go. The guys you listed can't even carry Manny's jock strap. Randy Winn may be the best bet, though Drew has some power.

stick a fork in Manny...he's done.....
pick up someone who is still in the playoff race like JD Drew.
