Exercise and diet? That's what I've been doing for the past 5 days, hopefully I'll start seeing results soon! Is there anything else I can do besides surgery? Thanks!

I have an oval shaped face too. what i do is style my hair curly up to just above my chest. Bc: 1. straight hair makes your face look too long and pale-ish looking. 2. short hair will not really bring attention up to ur features.
So go long and curly,(u can use hair mousse) and use eyeliner for ur eyes and a maybe a dark pink lipstick, which helps bring attention to ur features. Id also suggest pulling the hair at the side of your face up with a clip. it gives a nice soft effect which complements your face.
And to make your face look skinnier, consume less salts and carbs, more fibre, and more water. it works for me :)

You know some people's face is just the way their face is made no matter how much weigh you loose. Why don't you try a different hair style or something. My mom has a round face and that's just the way her face is shaped. She is a small being. So just think about that. Besides, oval shape is pretty!!! (smile)

Yes! you can start by putting your face in a vise a minimum of twice a day for 2 hours. Keep applying pressure as you progress and by the end of one week you will see great results.

i wouldn't do surgery, you never know what will go wrong.

excercise 3 or 4 times a week for about an hour or less with intense workouts. and add stretching as well.

massage your face and neck every night or every to nights, with a moisturizer.

massage under the eyes, on your cheek bones, on your neck (going down your neck, not up), etc.

have fun... :)

your hair will only make a slight difference, try changing you style of clothes from baggy to a good fit and keep plenty of straight line in them also try v necks as they will draw attention from your face and give the impression you face is smaller

your hair should cover your ears and your cheeks. go for the shoulder length hair. that'll make your face look thin
