There are a couple online sites that will let you make printable homemade invitations but I HIGHLY recommend buying a program called The Print Shop. Its a WYSIWYG designing program that allows you to do everything from Labels to Posters, it also allows you to get very creative without copywrite issues.

I make all sorts of invitations, announcements, etc by using my PowerPoint softwARE.. Do not know if you have PowerPoint or not.. IF NOT.. you can always use WORD document.... print a pretty edge arounds the paper... insert clip art and messages

You can send them on the computer with evite.com. You can also buy some decorative paper from target or some place and most have instructions for printing on them.
