No a couple years later Sakura goes out with Naruto.

Well, I don't know who Rock Lee is, but I do know who Sakura is. But I don't think that Naruto has gooten to that episode yet. I watch it everyday at 10PM on the weekdays and so far, I haven't heard of any Rock Lee. Sorry.

They don't ever go out...atleast not in Part 1 of Naruto...though probably not in Part 2 either because I heard that Naruto and Sakura go out...

no they don't. she just seems to like him more than before maybe since he's like injured or crippled or something.
