depends what the situation is. IF your parents are abusing you call divice( child social services). They will help you get away from them. But if they are not abusing you or anything. then as minor you really do not have any rights other then appreciate what you have and your parents have to provide you food clothing shelter they have to have heat in the house.
But if you try to run away the cops will just bring you back home. You are not allowed to live on your own.

adequate food, clothing and shelter, and the right to an education and health care. also the right to not be physically or mentally abused. You do NOT have the right to demand items you don't need from your parents or caregivers, You do NOT have the right to choose your own clothes, you do NOT have the right to a cell phone just because all your friends have one, and you do NOT have the right to an allowance. YOu also do NOT have the right to abuse your parents or caregiver. And you DO have the right to do what your parents or caregiver tell you to do, unless doing so will cause you physical pain, or is illegal. So, whatever it is you are threatening to call CFS for, good luck, you probably will get laughed at.

The right to go to school and make something of yourself.

The right to choose whether you're a blessing or a burden to your parent(s).

The right to choose the right friends and be self-confident enough not to give into peer pressure.

The right to ignore all this advice and make your own mistakes, just like your parents, I and everyone else alive has done...
