For most of the time when i power up my macbook a "please shutdown ur macbook screen pops up" I can't seem to do any work or go into the main screen. It only lets me get past sometimes but than after i start working the pop up menu comes again asking me to hold down the power button. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Yes, and after Apple fixes the problem, you should leave your computer on, but asleep, when not in use. That saves the battery from constantly powering up each time.
