If you don't want to go buy jewelry cleaner or take it to a jeweler and get them to clean it, then I would soak in peroxide for a few minutes and then take an old toothbrush and some soap and clean it. That is how I clean my jewelry and it works perfectly fine.

We use jewelry wipes for our gold...if you go to the jewelry section in Walmart..they have Gold cleaning solution and wipes.

My spouse makes use of a diluted combination of Mr sparkling and water which has executed o.k. cleansing gold necklaces and rings. Use 25% Mr sparkling and seventy 5% water. My spouse have been given this from JB Hudson Jewelers some time past.

Besides gold jewelry cleaner....I have used toothpaste and tooth brush. I'm serious like with rings and bracelets. It works!

my mum swears by putting all the gold jewellery into apan with some fairy washing up liquid and boiling it for a bout ten mis then drain it and wipe with a clean lint free cloth,my gold always looks fantastic hence it must work

You could clean your jewelery with polish for metals , sold in supermarkets but if it's too strong, take them to a recognized store.
