414 = 2 × 207
= 2 × 3 × 69
= 2 × 3 × 3 × 23

I didn't know how to format as a tree.

414 would be at the top.
There would then be a branch for 2 and one for 207.
Then from 207 there would be branches for 3 and 69.
Then from 69 there would be branches for 3 and 23.

The prime factors are 2 x 3 x 3 x 23, as you can check by multiplying them out.

"Factor tree" is a graphic where you show 414 splitting into 2 and 207, then the 207 splitting into 3 and 69, then that 69 splitting into 3 and 23. I hope drawing the tree helps you to see how it happens.
