Depending on the hospital and the reason behind having the mamagram. If you went for a routine mamagram they'll contact you over the next few weeks. If it was because you found a lump or there is reason to suspect something you should have been given a follow up appointment already. Most hospital have someone who can read the results actually doing the mamagram. But pleases don't be worrying, all will work out.

My result came through within two weeks. A great relief that it was clear. Since my last mamagram I have been using natural products which help reduce my chances of getting cancer. They have sorted out many other minor ailments I had too. Would not be without them now, and would highly recommend them to others. Prevention is better than cure any day.
If you would like specific information I am more than willing to answer any questions you may have.
Take care.

They say usually between 3-6 weeks. I asked if there was anything wrong would you be told sooner i.e. the longer you wait the better it is etc but the answer was just the same. I'm due to have one in 10 days time. Ugggh! The waiting time is awful. Wish it could be read instantly!

Every business is different in the amount of days it takes to give results; it could be 2-7 days. Some laboratories send the result to the physician that ordered your mamogram, a few send you a letter.

The actual imaging is ready in minutes most of the time. However, it can take up to a week for a doctor to review them. The doctor has to see what there is to see and then call you. THat can take several days.

Usually you get results within a week by mail if there is no problem, by phone or in person if something unusual appears.

My wife recently had one and they told her it would be 2 weeks, 2 weeks to the day she received her results which were clear thankfully. Good luck with yours.
