Penile implants are commonly refered to as penis enlargement tools.Penile implant is done for cases where there is no erection due to various causes like decreased blood supply etc.A inflatable rod is implanted in the penis. It should cost you about 15 000 USD depending on where you get it done. It might increase your size marginally by an inch or so.If the implant is removed the person will never get an erection .

surgery will enlarge your penis (by no more than 1 inch) and cost you quite a small fortune. it's considered plastic surgery and is not covered under ANY health plan. personally, i don't think it's worth the cost and pain for such a minimal extension.
be satisfied with what you have. as long as it works, gets you p, gets you in, and gets you off, use it just the way it is.
every man has daydreamed about a large penis, but the reality is we're given what we're given. there is NO pill, gadget, or exercise that is going to enhance the size.
accept your size, have fun with it, work it out, truly enjoy the pleasures it can bring you.
hope you C-- to the realization that not everyone is going to be 9-12" long. there are shorter guys than 6.5". count your blessings!

Good grief! I have never seen so many men OBSESSED with enlarging their penis. There is no magic pill or exercise. And you just can't go to the doctor and tell him you want surgery, either. You have to have a serious defect (I mean serious) or have had an accident and need reconstructive surgery to allow you just to be able to use it to urinate out of it.

I don't think so. Surgery is the only optionI'm afraid. As a female can I just say that most of us don't care about size. If you've got the moves then that's all that counts. Please don't put yourself through it cos it's so not necessary
