I'm two weeks late, exactly today, I have been having mini cramps for about four days now, no blood what-so-ever,and just a little while ago, i started having really severe cramps, no blood, they just hurt like a really heavy period was about to start, then i took a bath, after i was in there for about ten minutes, they stopped completely, now i feel fine.

What was that, could I have been pregnant & misscarried?

No, if you miscarried, there would be lots of blood. I wouldn't worry about it. More than likely all the stress over your late period is what's making it late. Happens to me all the time.

One of two things can be happening...you are late but you will have your period in a day or two or maybe hours even or you are pregnant. You should go get a pregnancy test kit just to make sure.
You haven't miscarried because there would have been blood already but if the pain is severe you might have ovarian cysts and that would explain being late and the pain. Do the test and consult your doctor when you have the results.

I know that happened to me once. I'm almost positive you didn't miscarry. I got my period almost a week after getting those severe cramps. They'd just come and go with no rhyme or reason. If you get suspicious, The Dollar Tree and Walmart have cheap pregnancy tests, although you'd have to be a bit further along for the test to work properly. I wouldn't stress (easier said than done, I know!). Give it another week or so, then see what happens. For me it was just a weird period. Although, I don't remember bleeding any different from my usual. Well, hope that helps a little! Sorry it couldn't be a more medical answer for you.

I would say that any kind of cramps- whether from period or pregnancy, can be soothed by a warm to hot bath or a heating pad. No, you could not have miscarried because that would have resulted in severe cramping and then some heavy spotting that was clumpy and clotty. I would say that yo should take the advice of the woman you saw for the test. Also, any kind of stress, whether you think that you are stressed or not, may cause you to not have your period. Good luck and congratulations if you are preggers!!!

You could be pregnant and if you are you should go and see a doctor right away. Severe cramps are not a good thing this early in the game. If you take a pregnancy test and it is negative, you still do not have a period and continue to have cramps you could have an ectopic pregnancy. You should definitely take a pregnancy test immediately, though.

It can be the implantation pain.I am in same condition as you,its tough to say if u are pregnant or not.It was not a miscarriage. If it was amiscarriage pain was supposed to be accompanied by bleeding.I think you are pregnant but you should wait till 2 to 3 weeks and do as doctor says.Anyways good luck.

I really doubt you had a miscarriage because if itwas a miscarriage your pain woulod be accompanied by blood. Maybe you were just having gas pains. It happens sometimes. Try taking a pregnancy test to find out of youre pregnant!

No, there would have been blood if you miscarried. I have had really bad pain that felt like period pain without actually having a period before, it turned out to be nothing.

if you had miscarried there would have been some sort of bleeding. if you are pregnant you can have stomach pains as the baby imbeds in the womb. do a pregnancy test and if you are still worried go to the doc
