only if you make it into a low rider.

Worth what? How old, miles, etc?
We bought a used 2004 that had 10,000 miles and saved alot over a new 2004 at the time. I'd say it's almost always worth buying a used car over new, if it's for personal use and if you find one that's been taken care of. Used Impalas are great especially if you get the 3800 engine. We always get 31 mpg on the highway going back and forth to Florida.

Yeh, a 1964 Impala Super Sport or SS convertable is a great car. Make sure it's got at least a 327 with a four speed tranny.

Well it depends on what you are using it for. I had a 1978 Impala and I hate to admit it was in a couple of fender benders with it when I was younger and it kept on going. You can't "kill" it. It is made of steel at least the older ones are and not "plastic" like the ones today are said to be. It was also nice and big in the interior and in the trunk.

The recent models are actually good durable cars although the power is only adequate at best.
