I find it ultra beautiful but its looks really heavy and unnatural for some others so what do you reckon?

I think it looks really heavy and unnatural on most women. There are times and places for a dramatic look-- but it's not appropriate for a professional career or for anyone over twenty-five. I think the older you get, the more muted and natural your makeup should be. There's nothing worse than Tammy Faye eyes.

It totally depends on two things
A) What you are wearing it to
and
B) How the makeup is done.
If you are going out, at night, sure do it! please not on a lunch date though.
And also how the makeup is done, you can either do it with liquid eye liner with a shade like teal on the lid, or with a wax pencil and smokey eyes.
Dont do a wax pencil if you plan to use lighter eye shadow, it looks cheap, and don't use liquid eye liner if you want to do the smokey look, it looks too defined.
Makeup really is a lot about how you do it, not just the look itself.

i love the look of dramatic eyes to a certain point...i personally wear black liner on the top(liquid) and bottom(pencil) but i dont go beyond the corner of my eyes to make it look longer or larger...i recommend just following the shape of your eye!...works for me!
