Avoid highly acidic and carbonated drinks as they can irritate. Water, apple juice, clear soup and broth, tea, flat soda, jello, pudding, popsicles and ice cream. Anything that becomes liquid at room temperature is considered a "clear". Sometimes cold fluids are more soothing than hot.
All those who mentioned salt water gargles mean well but you asked for beverages you can drink, not gargle with.

When I have a sore throat I can't drink orange juice, it's too acid, but I do drink apple juice with some water in it to soften it...tea is good too, or hot lemon juice with sugar and honey. Honey is very good when you have a sore throat, put it in your tea and you'll see.
Feel better soon :)

I think orange juice has to much citric acid so I dont know if it's good for a sore throat. I think making some hot tea with honey would soothe a sore throat better.

Orange juice is high in vitamin c. Good for colds, but the acidity of the juice may irritate your throat. Tea with lemon is soothing.

Hot tea, potentially with honey. :)
There are some teas specially formulated to help sore throats.
And I wouldn't do orange juice -- the acidity may not help.

Marshmallow root tea soothes a scatchy, itchy throat. Raspberry leaf tea is good for easing the pain of a sore throat as well as fever blisters.
