No. Their digestive system isn't set up to handle the enzymes and proteins that occur in milk. You're really better to try and replicate their natural diet, or use a good brand of turtle food from the pet shop. Turtles, and other wild animals, are very much creatures of habit. You might get bored with a diet of the same thing every day, but they don't. They also don't enjoy 'treats' such as chocolate, candy, cookies, etc.etc.

CAN? Yes. SHOULD? No.
Turtles do not do well with fats or sugars, such as in milk. Other than calcium and some vitamins, there is nothing in milk a turtle can use- and it can get all of that in a good box turtle diet.

You should not give turtles milk. In the wild, turtles eat vegetables. Turtles do not nurse from cows as hatchlings. You should go to wikipedia or a box turtle care website and read up on their diet, to prevent injuring/killing your turtle. Application of common sense is also helpful.

It is better not to. They are not omnivorous like we are. They may or may not be ill if you feed them that.
