How old are you, and who told you that nonsense. Since when is it good to have a war? And what bad people in Iraq? Nobody from Iraq has ever done anything bad to the American people! Bush is a terrible president, and by the time you'll be 30, the US will be bankrupt and in a civil war of its own, all because of terrible people like Bush. Do some real information research and educate yourself, and then you can state intelligent opinions instead of what you said!

I fail to understand how anyone thinks catching Bin ladden is going to stop what has been foretold to be taking place.. he has said it himself.. the destruction of western civilization is the goal.. he is not alone in this thinking.. the infidels must either convert to Islam or be slain. This is a commandment to all muslims. Those failing to follow that commandment are to be considered infidels also and will be killed. Don't forget Rushti (?).. just by speaking against Islam, was on the list to be slaughtered.. immediately... they will show no mercy
If the intifadah was not being fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, it would be here.. there are cells located just to the north of us, under the watchful eye of the canadian government. Cells who would like nothing better than to have the war in Iraq slow down, so they could get more help. It is well past time for some people to wake up, and see what is really taking place all around the globe..

Don't get me wrong on this, I support our troops. I don't think any of them truly joined the military with the intent of running out to kill people, but I think our country is so well hated because everytime there is a problem somewhere else in the world, we have to be the ones to jump in and save the day. Maybe if we concentrate on building up our own people and helping out our sick and hungry, we would have less problems. All of our celebrities send millions to other countries to save sick and dying there, yet we have plenty of people here who need our help. Our tax dollars are being spent on searching for Bin Laden. He hates us and did what he did because we always have to butt in and solve eveyone else's problems. I think Bush is probably a nice guy to have as a neighbor, but come on... I think he's just one grain of sand on a vast beach of idiots.

But how is our focus on Iraq going to keep other (as you said) "bad people" away? Do you realize Iran is a threat, N. Korea is a threat and we still haven't found Bin Laden?

You cannot be that simple minded. Bush is an idiot - ask anyone outside of the USA (and the majority of US citizens). Bush and his administration pose the biggest threat to world stability and peace.... and all the while they and their cronies line their pockets while they send soldiers and innocents to their deaths.
Open your eyes.
