Also, I had my period 2 days before I had sex.

This is pretty common, esp. in virgins or younger women with heavy periods. A man's semen (some of the chemicals in it) can actually trigger LABOR in a pregnant woman...not to mention ovulation and an early start (as someone said) to a period. Yes, walking can also make bleeding worse. Try laying down with a cold pack on your lower abdomen (about 20 mins at a time)..and see if that works to slow the bleeding.

The pain may be coming from the tearing inside the vagina and the tissue called the "hymen", that may have been ripped during sex. Don't worry...you won't have to go through THAT again! Was the sex very vigorous? That could do it too, or the man's penis size.

Make sure you use condoms, unless you're both monogamous...REALLY. If you are, then please use other birth control methods. If you're as young as you seem, the last thing you need is a baby or HIV, to name a few problems resulting from unprotected sex!

And, as some said above: SEE YOUR DOCTOR! IF you don't want your parents told, go to a federally funded clinic: by law, they can't tell parents.

The first time you have sex and the end result stem from two things. the size of your partner and the position. You are going to bleed off and on until you get used to it and it has nothing to do with your activities.

I understand bleeding a bit , but this sounds abnormal to me .
I also don't understand the pain . I had none . It might be good to go to the Dr. and get checked out , maybe sonething is wrong . It is best to know and posibably fix the situation .

Its probably your body going through a new change. And the fact your period could have been interupted. I would suggest going to a DR and having them check it out just in case!
