yes look at the cookies on your computer.
Click start
click settings
click control panel
double click Internet options
then view files by looking at these you can see where at what your children are doing.

But there is also an easier way
get the net Nannie or parental controls thru yahoo and you will get a weekly progress report of everything your children are doing you can also set limits as to what they can and can not look at on the net.

It is a great tool, i like the yahoo parental controls better.

personally, i would just keep them out of the chat rooms altogether.

Go to their logons, and you can see wherever your kid has been by looking in history. (Hit Ctrl + H to bring it up.)
