I see the glass.. and then I look right through it. Nevermind if it's half full or half empty, I don't like when something is that clear cut and bright, it takes the myth away. This is why a glass should always be filled with a Guinness, an extra cold one even. It takes away the clarity in more than one way, and yet it's such a soothing delight. But I can't elaborate on it much, as I do fear you'll all go to the pub and leave me alone. I am glad this site is always half full.

There is, sadly, a full glass of Guinness waiting for me on the bar right this moment, but I haven't the energy to go and rescue it. I'm the only person who drinks Guinness in the whole pub, usually, so my glass will remain full until it's thrown in with all the slops at the end of the night.
Torture!...

Half-full. No one counts empty space, you should count the space that is being used up.
