It was 2 or 3 days later when her son died in the hospital room and the lawyer was there. So who says he was there for the birth? Maybe there were papers she needed to sign for her court case? There are a million reasons why her lawyer might have been there.

Well, if the lawyer was Howard Stern, the one who was in her tv show with her, they are also very close friends. So yeah, it would make sense if he was in her room. He was in practically every scene with her during her TV show. Anna is the type that is close to the people that she imploys. So even if it the lawyer wasnt Howard, she was still probably close with them. So, in Anna's case, yes its normal

who cares if you have money you can have anyone you want at the hospital with you. but like the gal before said...if you have ever seen her show...her lawyer is ALWAYS with her...just like a best friend...i know my bf was outside the door when I gave birth to my kids~

Her lawyer - Howard J Stern is pretty much her best friend and they have been seen being very close. (If you've ever watched her show, you would know) It is believed that he is her daughters father.

I thought that was really strange, too. Unless, of course, they're really close friends. My personal opinion is that he's the father of the baby.
