Is bringing a third party into the bedroom a good idea for a couple that loves each other, and is looking for some excitement, or would you call this excitement or legal cheating for my live in lover for 10 years now.

I think you have the answer when you imagine a counter situation, means another man in the bedroom? Visualise and you got the answer. If it is a good idea, certainly yours is also a good one, or otherwise, you know!

oh it is a very bad idea because you run the risk of having your loved one falling for the other girl if you guys need excitement in the bedroom just find ways to spice things up a bit or find different places for seduction just take that slow you wouldn't want to get into trouble over that. Just don't bring another female into it it might cause complications.

It's an ok situation for people with a strong relationship and who take the time to find the RIGHT person for their third. You'd have to agree upfront that you only had sex with others when you are TOGETHER. Watch out that your new third doesn't become your live-in-lover's new affair on the side. (meeting in secret or without you.)

I would call it cheating with consent. A third party in the bedroom is a recipe for disaster unless there are no boundaries in the relationship. My guess would be that the relationship is not serious.

I would call it playing with fire. It's something that might fit better in fantasy than reality. What's the point in having a partner if you need other people to make it exciting? Sounds like it's better being single and have ONS's.

The only reasons to have another woman or man in your bedroom would be:
1. installing new carpet.
2. maid
3. electrician
any of these or others would be ok. Otherwise you are saying that it is ok for your spouse to screw someone else. why would you want that. Believe me when you signed up for better or for worse....How bad do you want it to get?

It's a bad idea but it's your bedroom not mine and whatever the consequences or the benefit of doing that, you the one that have to live with it

It can be good but you need to get the rules down first. If you don't like it after tell him and no more- if there are things you don't want to happen when she is there say so before- then ask him if you can bring a guy home- check his reaction.

Bad idea! What's the point of being in a relationship if you share? Having sex with multiple partners is what SINGLE people do.
