Open INternet Explorer Window(doesn't matter what page) click on: Tools-internet options-(if ur in I.E. 7.0BETA)under "browsing options" on the page tha comes up as internet options, click delete-click delete cookies-confirm on the alert message "yes" saying u do want to delete cookies-wait for it to finish deleting, shouldnt take long, depends on how many cookies you have-exit internet options. and then you're set! hope this helps =D

The easiest way is to go into your options menu, and remove them through there. It depends on your program, just where it is. If you really want to go more technical though, you could go into your computer and rumage through your files until you find your temp and cookies files.
