ok this is a little confusing, was in florida, and had a goose neck put in my truck, apparantly they cut my break line while they were working on it, when i was on the way home, my breaks went out, an i got in a wreck in lake chares louisiana, i have a letter from a mechanic who has seen my break line that says it has been cut, ialso have pictures of all the damage. My insurance screwed me over and i cancelled the claim with them, so i am paying for the damages out of my pocket($11,000) :(

Any Texas lawyer can correspond with a lawyer in Florida. If you wish to file a damage claim, please check with your local bar association for a referral.

Try Jim Adler, "the Texas Hammer," "the Tough, Smart Lawyer." (How he describes himself on his television spots.)
