i bought the plastic rayban glasses frames from lencrafters, and as wear them, everytime i put my head down to read or sumtin it keeps slipping off, or everytime i sweat a lil it just slowly slips down, so i was wondering if there is anyway i can make them tighter especially around the ear area. Will lenscrafters help them make it tighter for free?

it's part of the guarantee, they fix them until you are happy, or you can exchange them........

Yes. They will help you for free. Go to any of their stores. They also replace for free any damaged parts such as the little pads that rest on the bridge of your nose to support your glasses. I've gotten those little pads replaced three times over the years--and it's always been free of any charge. I don't think they would replace your glasses for free if you dropped them and accidentally stepped on them, but generally speaking, they are very good to their customers.

The only complaint I have about eyecare is that if you need a new pair of glasses after a year, you need to see the eye doctor again. Your prescription, by law in the USA anyway, is only good for a year. That really ticked me off, and I got the eye doctor to give the new prescription a two year expiration date. He wouldn't go any longer than two years no matter how much I pressed the issue.

Keep going back until you are satisfied. They might need to be adjusted for your nose, ears, and head.
