Wear shorts and a halter or tube top over your bikini, flip flops, and sun glasses. A floppy hat might be nice if you plan to lay around in the sun for a while. Carry your own towel slipped through the handle of your purse, or draped over it. When it is time to get into the pool, just slip off the halter top and shorts and go to it.
Necessary pool party accessories:
Altoids breath mints
Four packs assorted chewing gum
Small pair of binoculars (Bun Checks)
Hair Brush/Comb
Finger Nail File
Ipod/MP3 Player with ear peice
Cell Phone with Personal ringtone
Pager Device
Six Pack of Flavored Energy Drinks
Bright Red Tee Shirt - Size XL for sunburn protection
(carried in your purse)
At least two $20 bills just in case

Pinks and browns consistently look gorgeous with turquoise. also, different hues of blue, especcially military! A tank accurate with some gorgeous shorts will do. in case you want comfortable then how about a cami with some soffes? extra dressy look: a good-setting up toddler-doll form blouse from Hollister with some gorgeous shorts to examine. remember the flipflops! If I were you i'd not decorate a lot. i develop into on the pool very last week and women had earrings and vast chunky necklaces on. To me, that regarded ridiculous! are you able to assert awkward tanlines?! lol placed all of your different stuff in a gorgeous tote bag. remember your sunscreen!! have exciting!!

If it's a work thing...I would not just walk around bearing all to see. If you want to swim, bring a bathing suit to change into with maybe a coverup of somesort , at least for the bottoms. I think you'll feel more comfortable with that too. For an outfit, I would suggest a casual summer dress, or skirt. Or maybe shorts and a sleeveless shirt...but not too skimpy. Have fun

Assuming you are a girl, you should wear something comfortable but still "professional." I suggest a flowy summer skirt and a top that isn't really low-cut. Something that shows you can loosen up and aren't trying too hard but also maintain your professional image.

I would wear a one piece swimsuit (since it's a work thing.) and wear a pair of capri's over it and a very light button up shirt, but left unbuttoned so you don't look trashy, but you don't look like all you think about is work and you can be fun.

A bathing suit? But with a coverup that is probably more substantial than a flimsy pareo. How about capri's and a pretty hat?
