Ok, you got a laugh out of me. I've done it too in martial arts. It's funny but soooo not funny when you are the one suffering. Hahahaha
Wait...let me compose myself. Ok, get yourself some Mineral Ice, Tiger Balm, or whatever it is you use on other muscles.
Hahahaha
If you have a significant other or someone really close to you that would be willing to rub that muscle for you, that would help. Alternate ice and a heating pad. Take some Aleve or Tylenol Rapid Release to ease the pain.
Honey, my heart goes out to you. It's funny, but I do feel for you.

positioned some warmth on it. If it substitute right into a month in the past and it relatively is nevertheless sore, you will have completed better than merely pulled a muscle. verify up with a doctor reason you will make it worse in this opposition.

A good way to stretch your butt ins lay on your back and bring your knee up to your chest. Then wrap your arms around your knee and pull your knee as close to your chest as you can.

Maybe there's a crick in your back that a good lower back massage can relieve, or take lots of Aleve/ aspirin etc...
