to be someone on AIM to pull a hilarious prank on someone you didnt like, what would u say/get them to say/talk about to make it completely hilarious?

Don't. Internet bullying like this is hateful and vicious. Are you the kind of person who wants to be like that? Think about if you're the kind of person who thinks other people's pain and grief is funny. If you are, what kind of person are you? Not a very nice one. In fact, a pretty lowdown and ugly-minded person. You're SO lucky you're not my kid.
If you do something like this, I hope someone turns on you and does it to you. Then you'll find out how hilarious it is.

That's not right. Intentionally hurting someone should never be done.
My cousin told me about this story where she publically humiliated this guy. She said it was fun at the time, but now she's ashamed of ever doing it. She wished she hadn't.
So have a good day and DO try to make the right decisions. It doesn't look good for you, your family and your friends or your community if you try to intentionally humiliate a person.
