I think special ed was started up especially for Bush. The man is about as competent as a 4 year-old. And to Rock Doll: If you knew what you were talking about, you would know that Bill Clinton did a great job for our country when he was in office. Bush took what he did and flushed it down the sh*ter (i.e. national debt). Don't type anything else because you are ignorant. Anyway, in closing, Bush is a moron like Rock Doll.
