The Government has always had their secrets this is nothing new. How would I react? I'd remember the parable about the frog and the scorpion. The scorpion needed to cross the lake. So he asked the frog to give him a lift. The frog replied that the scorpion would sting him and surely he would die. The scorpion promised that he would not. Why would I ? Without you I will die. So the frog agreed and half way across the lake the scorpion stung the frog. The frog looks back with confusion in his eyes and asked How could you,Now we both will surely die. The scorpion said "I'm a scorpion"
The government is the Government ,they all have their secrets. It's want they do, it is who they are.
As always "I question authority" as well in my opinion should every intelligent person should do,less we become lambs led to slaughter.

I always like responding to this type of question. For days I have been posting this response asking for explanations from the conspiracy theorists. I have not received one response yet. Why is that?
Here goes (again)...
Everytime that I read on these message boards that what happened on 9/11 was a act perpetrated by the Bush Administration. I am curious why the people who believe our country was behind what happened can't explain what would have had to have been two very basic but vital aspects of the conspiracy for it to work and be believable. .
First, how could a plan that clearly would have had to have so many people involved in the plan, be executed, without anyone coming forward and actually saying I have proof that this was an inside job? I mean, it would have taken a multitude of people from a multitude of agencies, the military, airline companies and the Bush Administration not to mention the passengers on Flight 93, their family, friends, more agencies who were all in contact with the passengers at one time or another during the flight. Yet, not one accusation or leak that this was a inside job. How can you explain this? Inside of Bush's Administration there have been more leaks to the press over the years for every little petty thing imaginable, almost on a weekly basis, and yet, a supposed plot that would have taken the involvement of so many people and there is noone that can claim to have personal involvement coming forward. Nothing. The only accusations come from those who clearly have something to gain by discrediting the Administration but can't and won't claim involvement. Most of these people WANT it to be a fact that the US and Bush took part in 9/11.
The other aspect of the 9/11 Conspiracy that has me curious is if the Muslim men accused of hijacking the planes were wrongfully accused and there was one iota of truth to the claim, why hasn't the Muslim community coming out of the woodwork denying the claims? I mean, think of the political advantage and the world wide support the Muslim (Islamic) cause could gain if it were proven that President Bush and his Administration were behind what happened on 9/11 nd those who stand accused were actually innocent.. There has never been a protest stating that this was not perpetrated by Muslims. There has been Muslims who have denounced the attack by fellow Muslims and go on to defend the Islamic religion as one of peace. Yet, not one protest for the "wrongfully accused" Muslims. Not even from any of the Muslim Clerics. Bin Laden laid claim to the attacks himself and proclaimed that the acts of 9/11 were perpetrated in the name of Allah. This would also have had to make Bin Laden part of the Bush Administration plan. Somehow I just can't imagine Bush and Bin Laden working together on this.
Anyone, please, give me a logical explanation how these two aspects can be overlooked when blaming Bushor our country for what happened.
I have yet to get anyone that can give me a logical response...

They’re too stupid to be behind it. And actually, that’s a problem. OBL is smart enough to do it, but our leaders are not. Winning the war on terror is going to take brains, and we sent a chimp out to lead the charge. In case you have not noticed: Afghanistan is a disaster, we have been in Iraq longer than we were in Europe or Asia during WWII – and we are losing, we are losing the war on terror, we have lost the respect of everyone in the world, we loose friends while AQ and other terrorists become more popular, and no one wants to enlist in our military while thousands rush to join terrorist organizations.
How do you explain this:
How incompetent does someone have to be that they remove a scum-bag like Saddam Hussein and then somehow manage to make life worse for the Iraqi people? How do you make things worse than they were under Hussein?
Bush has to be the stupidest leader of any nation in the entire world. How do conservatives see any good in having a leader that all the other leaders make stupid jokes about. We are like the children whose father is the big spastic nerd of the neighborhood that everyone else make fun of and plays tricks on.

Are you truly stupid enough to believe any government that would stage such an attack would ever admit it? Or are you just trying to draw out all the loonies on Yahoo Answers?

Sad to say, I wouldn't be that surprised. But the Bush Administration probably would be more likely to blame Clinton.

I would be more surprised, if they admitted, that going into Iraq was one of the worst strategic decision in US history.

They ARE the one's behind it! Anyone who thinks differently is just blind to the facts and are buying into the conspiracy that the gov't has set up for all American's to believe.
