I boil my baby's water just to be safe. I boil enough for the whole day and store it in bottles. I have read that bottled water is not always sterile? And dont let those comments about formula being bad get to you. You are a good mom!

Depending on what you believe is good or bad for your baby.
Boiling water would remove bacteria but not access minerals and chemicals in the water. Water filtration systems or reverse osmosis systems work better to remove minerals and chemicals.
Some mommies believe that they should try to feed their babies with the cleanest possible food, others believe without some natural bacteria the baby could grow up without any of his/her own defense mechanism.
Babies do fine with all sorts of different water ranging from wells to 100% purified, you should do whatever feels comfortable to you.

No. I don't boil the tap water when I use formula and my daughter is fine.

No its fine because you are boiling it. And for whoever said that formula is bad , thats not true , if it were so bad they wouldn't make it.

Well if u dont have bottled water which i perfer,
then boiled water is safe

It is safe as long as you boil the water. I prefered distilled water and am still using it o n my youngest. All of us drink distilled water because well water is dirt. Boiling it does cleanse it.

nah, and nowadays, depending on where you get your water, there's additional flouride.. but i used brita water.
